Whether you’re religious or not, you enjoy celebrating, you love family occasions, and you like anything with a grand theme and let’s be honest, Christmas – with the lights, the hoopla, the presents – it all has an important theme of forgiveness and goodwill. 

For Aries especially, it’s time to be forgiving. It’s also a time to build bridges and work at your positive thinking and mantras. Now, sometimes there’s this tendency to want overnight results, and you can feel pretty bold right now, confident that you can go for gold and the thing is, you can – but you still have to be systematic and methodical. 

Success is a step-by-step process right now, so don’t grab at anything and get impatient because you may end up shooting yourself in the foot. Now, this is not the best time for taking long trips and international travels, so if you are traveling, just make sure there’s a plan A and B, and you’ve got everything in place.

Now, Venus is trine Uranus in Taurus, so this can be a great time for surprise in relationships. It’s a good time to surprise your partner with a fabulous present, or you may be surprised when a brand new romantic opportunity comes out of nowhere.

Taurus: Light at the end of the tunnel

Now for Taurus, the New Moon in Sagittarius does mean that opportunities are beginning to present themselves. This week is quite promising in terms of getting on top of finances, particularly easing financial worries and getting to grips with financial concerns. However, don’t count your chickens until they hatch; it’s still important to work through the various options carefully to make sure they are right for you.

The good news for you – and especially if you’re married – along with your partner is you can certainly now see the light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to finances. Now, because Mercury is retrograde in Sagittarius, it’s important that you and your partner don’t jump into anything unorthodox, and be careful not to follow trends in terms of what your friends are doing.

You as a couple need to know what’s right for you and what your priorities are, and stick to any budgets or spending plans. Don’t get set on a frenzy because of what friends and family are doing.

Now, Venus is trine Uranus, which is in Taurus, and also Neptune, which is in Pisces, are indicating it’s a good time for brand new relationships and for striking up a fresh romance. New romances are also often linked to brand new friendships or networking events.

Gemini: Sex, Butterflies and Communication 

Now for Gemini, the New Moon in Sagittarius is a wonderful time for renewal in all relationships, but sometimes the first step is going over some old ground and perhaps straightening out any hurt feelings, misconceptions, or mixed messages. So what’s important is working through misunderstandings and being very diligent about trying to get agreement.

Cancer: Healthy Love and Sudden Romance 

Now, the New Moon in Sagittarius along with Mercury retrograde means that this is a week where you don’t take risks with your health. Now, I do know that it is a time when most people are wanting to party and have a good time, and therefore you can get drawn into bad habits.

However, habits formed now are hard to break, so do be mindful of anything you do in terms of alcohol and eating badly, because those calories may be hard to get rid of, and it can also set you into a low-energy state. 

This is also a time when you should be really careful of the old office romance. Now, with office parties, we know people can tend to overstate their feelings, so even if something does happen at an office party, allow the dust to settle until next year before you assess whether this is really going to be a good relationship or something that was just fueled by the spirit of the moment. 

Now, Venus happens to be in Capricorn trine Uranus in Taurus, so this is a pretty awesome time to be meeting new people by getting involved in festive activities, going to festivals with friends, or even traveling with friends.

So don’t pass up an invite to a work event in terms of professional networking, not colleagues, and definitely see this as a dating rich time because you may meet a friend of a friend who could be a potential lover.

In marriage, never say never, because this is a time when you guys can reach sudden agreement and understanding as events take a turn for the better.

Leo: Pole Position 

Now for Leo, you are feeling particularly exuberant; there’s a high level of energy. The New Moon is like a reboot. You are beginning to sense the finish line, you’re getting excited about the festivities, and also about the year-end and with Venus trine Uranus, you should be going out of 2024 in pole position when it comes to relationships, as I predict there is a new relationship dawning for those of you who are single. 

For those who are in a relationship, there are better times ahead. There is loads of reason to be optimistic about love right now, but that doesn’t mean you can jump the gun, because with Mercury retrograde, there are still some details to be worked out.

Therefore, you guys probably need to get a better grasp of each other’s personality, or if you’re married, your needs and current passions. That means good listening, and being a friend and a comrade is very important right now.

In fact, love is mainly about the verbal side of it – it’s not just communication, it’s about good sexual communication and in conveying your appreciation for each other through words to keep relationships strong.

Virgo: Thorns and Roses

Now, this is a busy time for Virgo when it comes to your home life. In fact, it may be hectic in terms of the first week of December involving surprise visits by family or perhaps the opportunity to see family members you haven’t seen for quite a long time.

With Libra, there is a big desire to travel and to attend last-minute events. You are excitable and eager, so the New Moon represents a time when there’s a flurry of communications. You may be doing more last-minute sales, communicating with clients, or reacquainting yourselves with friends and family that you haven’t been able to keep up with during the year.
